For Haulers
Fuel costs are never going back down.
Here's how you win anyway.
TRSH sends you residential accounts on the streets you already drive. You see the block before you bid, you set your own price, and you only pay us when an account actually starts on your route.

The economics of this business just changed permanently.
Energy and fuel prices are not a cyclical blip. They are the new floor. For any business where diesel is a core operating expense, that means margin pressure that does not go away. It only compounds.
You cannot make the trucks more fuel efficient. You cannot change what you pay at the pump. But there is one lever entirely within your control: how many stops you fit inside a single mile.
Stops per mile is the only real answer.
More stops per mile means lower fuel cost per stop, and that gap is your competitive moat.
Fuel is a fixed cost per mile
A truck burns diesel whether it has 3 stops on a street or 12. The hauler with 12 pays a fraction of the fuel cost per customer.
You see the block before you bid
Knowing which street a stop sits on lets you price it against your real operating cost instead of guessing. If it is not on your route, you pass.
Density compounds
Each account you win in your core area makes the next nearby account cheaper to service. The advantage builds on itself.
How TRSH works for you
We do not sell leads. We send you accounts, with the information you actually need to decide whether the stop is worth having.
You receive a Request for Bid
A homeowner in your service area wants trash service. We email you the street, the service level, and the proposed start date. No obligation to respond.
You judge the stop, not the lead
The location is the critical piece. If this stop is on a street you already drive, you can service it cheaply and bid aggressively. If it is on the edge of your territory, you pass and wait for the right ones.
You name your own price
You submit the monthly rate that makes sense for your routes. Lowest qualifying bid wins, and your bid is exactly what the customer pays. We do not mark it up and we do not take a percentage.
You build density, stop by stop
Each account you win in a neighborhood makes the next one there cheaper to service. Over time your core territory becomes very hard for an outsider to compete in on price.

We mask the last digit of the house number, so you get the street and the side of the street: everything you need to price the stop. The exact address is released when you win the account.
What it costs, in plain numbers.
Two fees. Both netted out of your payouts, so you never write us a check. Win nothing, pay nothing.
One time
$75
Account fee, per account won
Split $40 when you win and $35 only after the account has been on your route for 90 days. If it dies early, you never pay the second half. Nothing is charged as a percentage of your rate.
Monthly
$1.75
Billing fee, per TRSH account per month
We invoice the customer, run the autopay, chase the late payments, and take the calls about the bill. Only on the accounts we bring you. Your existing book and your existing billing stay exactly as they are.
You never pay for a name and a phone number. A fee exists only when a real account starts on your route, on a stop you chose to bid on, netted out of what that account pays you.

$75.00
A household on a street where you already run 14 stops. Your marginal cost is disposal and a minute of labor: the truck was driving past the house anyway. The $75 pays itself back in roughly seven months, on a stop that costs you almost nothing to add.
This is not lead gen, and it is not a marketing spend.
Every other way to win an account charges you for the attempt. We charge you for the win.
$0
to see it
Every request is a household that has already decided to switch. Street, service level, start date: all in front of you, free.
$0
to bid
Bid on every request or none. Pass on anything off your route. No quota, no penalty, no minimum.
$0
on a loss
Lose the bid, pay nothing. There is no wasted spend here, because there is no spend on attempts at all.
$75
on a win, and only a win
Not a lead. A paying account with a card on file, started on your route. $40 when it starts, $35 only after it has stuck for 90 days.
Yours
the choice of which accounts
A mailer or a day of door-knocking lands wherever it lands. Here you bid only on the stops that are cheapest for you, specifically, to serve.
Ours
the acquisition risk
The marketing, the ad spend, the technology, the vetting, the collections. If a household never converts, that is our money gone, not yours.
Mail, doors, paid leads
TRSH
You pay for
The attempt, whether or not anyone signs
A won account, after it starts
Who you reach
Whoever happens to answer
A household that already decided to switch
Where the house is
Wherever the list or the street puts it
A stop you chose because it fits your route
Cash at risk
Spent up front, converts or not
None until an account starts, and $35 of the $75 waits 90 days
No capital at risk. You buy only the accounts you want, and only the ones most profitable to you: an account worth $300 to $400 a year at typical county rates, every year it stays, on a stop that costs you almost nothing to add.
This is how efficiency becomes a moat.
A hauler with 10 stops on a single street services each one for a fraction of the cost of a hauler with 1 stop on that street. That gap is structural. It does not close unless the sparse hauler adds density too.
As you grow your dense core, you can share a portion of that efficiency with customers as a lower price and still earn more margin per stop than a competitor charging the same rate. You win accounts. Your density grows. The cycle repeats.
We will do this over and over, sending you the right accounts in the right places, so that under rising fuel costs your operation gets more efficient while others get squeezed.
What you get as a TRSH partner
We handle the customer. You focus on the route.
Straight answers
The questions every operator asks us, answered the way we answer them on the phone.
Is this one of those lead-selling outfits?
No. We never sell leads and you never pay for a name and a phone number. A fee exists only when a real account actually starts on your route, on a stop you chose to bid on, and it comes out of what that account pays you. Win nothing, pay nothing.
$75 per account is a lot.
Look at what it buys. A mailer, a free month, or a day knocking doors is money gone whether or not anyone signs, and you still have no say in where the house is. Here the $75 buys a paying account that has already started on a street you chose, and nothing else ever costs you a dollar: not seeing the request, not bidding, not losing. Most operators make it back in well under a year on the miles they do not drive.
Why would I pay $1.75 for billing I already do myself?
It applies only to the accounts you win through us. Your existing customers and your existing billing stay exactly how you like them. Think of it as every new account arriving with the paperwork already handled: no invoice to send, no check to chase, and if the customer stops paying, that is our problem rather than yours.
Will you send me accounts I already service?
No. We verify your existing service area before dispatching any request, and we never send a request to the household's current hauler. You will not be asked to bid against yourself.
So you will rebid my accounts and take them away later?
At renewal, if you match the best rate, the account stays yours and there is no new fee. We only earn an account fee on a genuine switch, which means we have no incentive to move an account off a hauler who is servicing it well at a fair price. Our recurring revenue comes from doing your billing, not from churning your book.
Why do you hide the last digit of the address?
You get the street and the side of the street, which is what you need to price the stop against your route. We hold the exact house number until you win, because the household's information is not ours to hand out to five companies that did not end up serving them. Once you win the account, you get everything.
What if the price I need is not competitive?
Then do not bid. You set your own rate on every request and there is no penalty for passing. We would rather you skip ten stops that do not fit than take one that loses you money.
How many accounts will I actually get?
Honest answer: we are launching now, so volume builds as the customer side grows. Early haulers get first look at every request in their zip codes, and founding partners lock in today's fee rates. Being in from the start means you are not competing against a full network later.
I am at capacity right now.
That is fine. It costs nothing to sit in the network. Get set up in ten minutes, ignore the requests until capacity opens, and start bidding whenever you are ready.
Do I have to sign a contract?
A short partner agreement covering payment terms, the fee schedule, your service commitment, and confidentiality. Nothing unusual, and we will send it over to read before you decide anything.
The full picture
Market conditions are changing. Energy and fuel prices are skyrocketing and will never return to low rates. That presents a challenge for all trash removal businesses, as fuel is a core operational expense.
How can we improve that? We believe operational efficiency through route density lies at the core of the solution. We cannot make the trucks any more fuel efficient, but we can work to pack more stops into a single mile. That is the number one way to improve efficiency in this business.
This is how TRSH works for you, the hauler. We serve you accounts with the location and service information already attached. That is critical information. It allows you to see exactly where any specific account fits within your service area.
If the account is in the heart of your territory, chances are you can service it most efficiently, and be most competitive on price compared to a competitor who does not have a strong presence there. That same account costs more for them to service. They drive all the way in, make one stop, and drive all the way out. Fewer accounts per mile makes every account more operationally expensive.
We will do this over and over, giving you the opportunity to be selective in building your core service area with operational efficiency in mind, ultimately servicing more accounts per mile with less fuel burn. That efficiency becomes your market advantage. You can share some of it with customers as the benefit they get from switching to you.
Ultimately, we will do our best to help you build operational efficiency and route density under increasing cost uncertainty and fuel prices that will never again be cheap. We look forward to working with you for years to come.
